HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

Arrival & Paperwork

When you first arrive, you are greeted and given an application if you have not already filled out the online version texted to you. Filling out the application usually takes 10-15 minutes.

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1st or 2nd appointment you must do so 24 hours (1 business day) in advance to avoid being charged for the appointment. All other appointments are incredibly flexible.

STEP 2

In-Person Exam

We will do a thorough exam in our office to find out what’s causing your problem. Our doctors will look at any previous imaging, do some tests and tell you what they see.

Consultation

After your application is complete, you will sit down with a team member for a one-on-one health consult. We will talk about your current issues, past health concerns, goals for recovery, and other personal history concerns so we can provide you the very best care. During this consultation, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have and learn more about our office, your health, and Chiropractic care.

STEP 4

Digital X-rays

While not always necessary, your final step in your initial office visit is to take digital x-rays.

Conveniently located in our office, our x-ray setup is safe, professional, and cost-effective.

X-rays allow the Doctors to get an accurate assessment of your spinal structure and problem areas.

It all depends on your coverage, but Laser therapy for example is generally not covered by insurance. However, we offer affordable packages and payment options to ensure you get the care you need.

What can I expect during my first visit?

During your initial visit, our specialists will conduct a thorough examination, discuss your medical history, and recommend a personalized treatment plan designed to address your specific pain condition. We can usually begin treatments that day.

Is treatment painful?

Most of our treatments, including Class IV laser therapy and spinal decompression, are non-invasive and generally pain-free. Some patients may experience slight discomfort during or after treatment, but it is usually minimal.
